Beautiful chapel somewhere in Poland – looks like a computer game

05.05.2011

Here is a short film - the production of three Poles - which uses stop-motion animation techniques and HDR technique. The effect is amazing. Eighteenth-century chapel could be in the intro to Diablo III game, or the latest Unreal Engine. The authors of this short film are: Agnieszka Gonczarek, Robert Paluch and Patryk Kizny.

The film was shot in an unused since the war wooden Protestant church located in Zeliszow, Boleslawiec district. It was designed by Karl Langhans and built between 1796-1797, but after more than two centuries come alive again in this beautiful Polish film.
